Such a great office staff - reception, nurses, and psychiatrists!! I’ve been seeing Chyade Dobson and doing Spravato treatments for just over a year and my husband has been seeing Amanda Alexander. Although there are Spravato treatment centers closer to our house, we drive the over 30 minutes to go to this location due to the amazing people here. Chyade listens and offers support without any judgement - she truly wants to help and she does. She’s surprising easy to talk to, sincere, and very knowledgeable. Leesa is delightful. I’ve felt better than I have in a long time and very thankful I found this place.

I've been seeing Chyade Dobson and I honestly can't recommend her enough. She's a nurse practitioner who just gets it. From the very first appointment, she made me feel completely at ease; like I was talking to a friend who also happens to be an expert. She listens without judgment, explains everything clearly, and really takes the time to understand how my ADHD shows up in my day-to-day life.Medication management can feel clinical, but with Chyade, it's more like a collaborative conversation. She checks in on how things are going, adjusts thoughtfully, and never makes me feel like just another patient. She remembers the little things; stuff I mentioned months ago, which shows she genuinely cares.If you're looking for a provider who's both highly competent and genuinely warm, Chyade is your person. She feels more like a trusted friend than a doctor, and that makes all the difference!

I was in one of the deepest depressive phases I’ve ever experienced when I first reached out for help and treatment. I tried several classes of anti-depressants, mood stabilizers, and varying therapies, all to little or no effect. The staff were all incredibly empathetic, receptive, and supportive. Now, just a couple months later, I feel like I can breathe again. I didn’t realize how bad my depression was. I feel like I can finally live a normal life again without the overwhelming anxiety and darkness. The treatment has been extremely effective, and has given me incredible insights through increased neuroplasticity. I no longer feel held back by regret, fear, doubt, or anger. I am beginning to flourish as I was always meant to, and I am now on a journey of healing and love. I feel more in control of my life than ever before, but none of this would have been possible without Altitude.

Altitude Health, IV Ketamine and KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy) has been highly helpful in my depression and mental health journey.Altitude Health - Amanda, Leesa and Janie have been so kind and helpful during my treatments and questions.I spend the most time with Leesa and she is the best nurse to be a patient of. I’ve been a patient for 9 months, with multiple seasons each month. Leesa is always kind and patient with my questions, feedback and side effects.I am not an easy IV stick and Leesa often has to spend more time (and supplies) than normal ish. She’s patient and has great bedside manner, helping me stay calm while prepping for treatment.When I first started I had some extra side effects and she was always caring and allowed me time to work through them.Amanda has also been there from the beginning and is a great IV placer too. Amanda is very versed in the extra challenges with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and any medication side effects and interactions. I met with Amanda first to determine if I was a good candidate for treatment.Amanda is very in the loop on dose, side effects both pro and cons. She’s very who’s to adapt and change any med protocols as needed - like responding to nausea when they upped a dose. She’s great to be a sounding board as well.I can’t say enough good things about Altitude and their staff and what a safe space they have created.

Lace is amazing! She always has a great smile and super friendly. Lisa is wonderful. She will answer any questions with a cheerful smile. She makes you very relaxed 🙂 I work with Chayde and have tried Everything .She took the time to go over all medication . Bernadine is this bravado coordinator and she was very helpful and explaining all of my options for treatment. Definitely five stars.

The Altitude Health team is top notch. Led by PA Amanda Alexander and supported by RN Leesa and assistants; all are well educated, have excellent people skills and are amazingly responsive 24x7.For example, I texted a question late one Friday night and received a very informative reply in minutes.The team is outcome based and have been very helpful to me. I can not express in words, how amazing this place is, everyone from the front door to the owners, therapist are absolutely the best. I have tried multiple times in my life to get help with no results, most mental health places, rush you, dont listen, and just think a pill is the fix....NOT at Altitude Health they will treat you like family while staying professional treating you with respect and dignity.They will make you feel normal again. I have been going here for going on 8 months and they still treat me the same as day one, if you want a therapist that remembers your conversation, and actually cares about your needs, Chyde is the best.I have conversations with all the staff each visit, they all make you feel welcome, never rushing you, scheduling you as you need, always responsive. Caring, effective. I am thankful for Altitude Health. They go above and beyond. The best part of it all is that the staff is genuine and just amazing people.

I am so grateful to have found this place. The treatments are effective (I had been suffering with severe depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts for over 10 years), the staff are very thoughtful and courteous, and they walk you through the process with confidence and certainty. Lisa, Janie, and Amanda are amazing!

My experience: I was suffering from unhealed and undiagnosed trauma, ptsd, medication resistant depression and an anxiety disorder. In addition, I was considering self-deleting myself after a very painful divorce and children taken from my life. I had no meaning, no purpose or will to live. I had sought medication, therapy, etc... I was at the moment to either act on my intentions or try an alternative therapy, one I heard about but never considered until it was all I had versus a permanent decision. I called Altitude Health and spoke with Amanda and it was decided treatment could be of benefit to me.I completed 6 treatments, and the office staff (Leesa and Janie) put me at total ease, were so pleasant to work with and very caring. They made the treatments and experience even more beneficial as I had not had anyone treat me 'nice' in such a long time, it had a profound impact on me. As did my time with Amanda, as she listened intently on my experience, each time with curiosity and support. She and I talked at length, and I enjoyed processing the experience with her, the integration after the treatment is a must. Amanda is a professional that cares and it shows in her work.My treatments: each was so prolific, deep and had so many elements to them. My 2nd was one that enveloped me in love.... pure love.......not as we typical know love but the true essence of love from our creator. I was shown that (as I believe) to let me know I am loved, and nothing will ever change that. Mind you, I was about to walk into the ocean just days before as I had no love in my life, especially for myself. I lived in a world of pain so when I say I experienced 'love' as it is in its truest nature......that was beyond words. To describe it is hard but I didn't just experience it, I FELT IT! I was a part of it, a piece from the whole. The letters L-O-V-E flashed on the screen of my mind the entire treatment. It was what my broken-ness needed. To give me hope and a light in the darkness.The other treatments were similar but different, each revealing and showing me what I need to see, to work on, to admit, to look and not bury anymore. Ketamine does that to you, you don't get to select your thoughts, it will show you exactly what you need to see, experience, work on and use for healing. Ketamine will uncover things you forgot, it will take you into your mind and lead you, some good places, some not so good but all for your healing.If you want to heal and are willing to do the hard work, to face your darkness, to see and feel hope, to know.... truly know and not just believe then Ketamine can be your guide. It's not for everyone and I highly suggest you research and learn as much as you can about the therapy and if you do decide then go all in, through the good and the bad, it's the only real path to lasting healing!I wholeheartedly recommend Amanda and her amazing staff for treatment; I consider them friends for life after my treatments as I know they were the ones that showed me the bridge to cross where a better me was waiting!

Highly recommended! The staff is above and beyond in everything they do! Highly professional and down right personable when it comes to explaining your medical needs. I would give them a 10 star review if I could! I’ve been to many providers and they seem so “stuffy” and not personable, so that can make you feel a bit awkward opening up. Not here!!! You feel at ease and cared for the second you walk through their doors! I adore the staff so much! Leesa is the absolute sweetest and best, and Amanda is so knowledgeable and amazing in providing you the care you need on a personal level. My experience at Altitude has been nothing short of exceptional! Amanda, Lisa, and Janie have all been wonderful, caring, patient and kind I have not once felt uncomfortable or stressed out while at the office. Highly recommend them for your treatment!

The people at the office were wonderful. The space was clean. They answered all the questions I had and made the experience enjoyable.

My initial phone call to the clinic was with Janie she was kind and compasionate while listening to my situation. I had been experiencing burnout in a toxic work environment of what I thought was my dream job. I was hesitant and a little scared to even explore the option of ketamine infusions, Janie invited me for a consultation and to have a look at the clinic to explore if this would even be a good fit. After endless anti depressants/anti anxiety drugs over a lifetime of trauma, I was unable to find any relief. I felt like I was just stuck and didn't know what else to try. After scheduling a consultation I began to research Ketemine infusion therapies I watched countless videos and read articles. I showed up for the consult not really knowing what to expect, I entered Amanda's office it was clean, comfy, cozy and smelled of calming oils. Amanda listened to my issues and all of my concerns, we then got into a treatment plan and what I should expect. This stood out to me Amanda said "I can hit reset, but what you do after that is up to you". I knew I needed to be ready to do whatever it takes to finally heal, this healing journey is not for the weak. Just know its no cake walk there are ups and downs. To date I have completed a series of 6 Ketamine infusions over a 3 week period and one booster about 6 weeks later. I am on my 3rd EMDR treatment also recommended by Amanda in the treatment plan. When I arrived for infusion #1 I was greeted by Leesa and I was more than nervous, Leesa made me feel at ease, comfortable and most importantly safe. I am saying all of this to say I know that Altitude Health and all of its staff are now a safe space for me. I am so thankful for this team and the part they have played and are still playing in my healing journey. I have a long way to go but the biggest takeaway is I no longer feel stuck my path has had a few twists and turns but at least I now know and feel confident I am headed in the right direction. I can’t begin to describe what altitude and all of their staff members did for me today, it’s truly remarkable. Today I underwent the SGB procedure for anxiety & PTSD. The staff bless them; they have a heart of gold & they absolutely care about you. I had a million questions, and with anxiety naturally comes fear, which makes it very difficult for me to make big decisions. I never felt judgement, or that I was too much, even though I know I was a lot. They told me to just come into the office, check it out & then decide. I will also note that I myself am a registered nurse & never in my entire career have seen a physician or any healthcare professional use their personal time to call a patient & ease their mind; but they did. The SGB procedure was so fast & painless, almost immediately I felt a calm come over me, truly unbelievable; I sat up & tears of joy came over me. I’m me, I’m laughing, I’m present, I’m calm, I’m who I should have been all these years. Today I exposed myself to many triggers, and each time I laughed because I felt no fear, no somatic reactions, just joy. Anxiety is a thief of joy and happiness, altitude helped me & I will be forever grateful that I found them. Thank you so much to each of you!! You helped me 🥹

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Altitude Health. I went in for an SGB, which they just recently added to their services. I got it for PTSD which I've had for years. The right side did wonders, but the left side results weren't as successful, so I'm going in for a booster on the right side this week. The staff is nothing more than pleasant and professional. Can't say enough enough positive things about the practice.

My husband underwent ketamine therapy at Altitude for pain/ptsd. We were skeptical and he was nervous about what it would be like. The staff at Altitude were amazing and honestly the main reason he kept going back to finish the series of infusions after the first two made him extremely nauseous (side effects from his other meds/conditions). He has noticed significant changes in his mindset and credits much of that to the ketamine treatment. I am so grateful to Altitude health! I was searching for treatment for my wife who was diagnosed with PTSD five years ago and struggling with it. I found Dr. Nick through an employee/friend. After talking with Dr. Nick a few times to get to know him, my recent trauma came into the conversation. Just a few months earlier I lost my 81-year-old mother, even though painful, I could place and understand. Then 30 days later my 40-year-old daughter had a massive stroke. I spent two months with her in the hospital day in and day out, only to realize that she would not survive. I lost my mother and my daughter within a couple of months. Dr. Nick spent a few hours talking to me on the phone and tried to make me realize if I didn’t help myself, I would not be able to help my wife. I had bees struggling more than I realized. So we decided that my wife and I would go through treatment at the same time. After my 5th treatment, I had a huge breakthrough in how I could deal with my daughter’s passing. Before I couldn’t look at her picture, I could not talk or think about her without crying. Now I have her in a place where I can at least move forward. I now can turn all my thoughts about her into happy conversations or memories. My wife, after chasing things for over 5 years is finally starting to see some improvement in her ability to function. The support and guidance we receive from Amanda is so helpful and calming.
